Ecological Clerk of Works (ECoW)

Planning conditions often need an ecologist on site during clearance or building work. We keep your project legal without holding it up.

What we do

• Toolbox talks for site teams
• Checks for nesting birds and other wildlife before work starts
• Supervision of clearance and demolition
• Site records for your planning conditions

Rail and infrastructure

We currently provide ECoW cover on HS2 in Birmingham, and can supply PTS-trained ECoWs for rail work.

Booking

Single days, short-notice checks or long contracts. Send us your programme and planning conditions for a quote.
