Local knowledge

Barns, timber-framed houses and stone cottages across the county often have bats. Canals, rivers and old woodland nearby can mean extra bat checks, and ponds close to a site may need a great crested newt survey.

We work on applications to all Warwickshire councils: Stratford-on-Avon, Warwick, Rugby, Nuneaton and Bedworth, and North Warwickshire.

Areas we cover

Stratford-upon-Avon, Warwick, Leamington Spa, Kenilworth, Rugby, Nuneaton, Bedworth, Atherstone, Coleshill, Alcester, Southam and Shipston-on-Stour.
